The challenges that exist in Tech Comm are big: creating the right content that meets users needs, managing content, reusing content, meeting aggressive deadlines, maybe localizing. We've been solving these issues efficiently for about 5 years.

But what about all the other groups in your company? Are they solving similar challenges? Do Marketing and tech support and sales have the same problems? If they have the same problems, what does that mean for us? Can we help? How do we talk to these groups to identify these common challenges and how we can help? Are we perhaps experts at solving these issues and don't even know it? How do even know if we are experts?

This unworkshop will look at these issues in depth to see what they may mean for us and where we might fit in.

Expect a conversation that might make you think deeply about what we do and what it means!
